SERVICE SEMINAR

Bunnell Inc. has scheduled a Service Seminar for the Life Pulse High Frequency Jet Ventilator on the following dates:

The Service Seminar is a two-day workshop covering theory of operation, clinical troubleshooting, benchtop evaluation, and preventive maintenance procedures. This is an opportunity for biomedical engineers and respiratory therapists to gain practical, hands-on experience with factory supervision.

The registration fee of $1,200 includes ground transportation, continental breakfast and lunch (both days), as well as a service manual. Registration, including tuition fees, is due at least 60 days prior to the Service Seminar. Registration canceled more than 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund. Registration canceled 30 days or less in advance will receive no refund. Class size is limited and is reserved on a first come first served basis, so register early.

Returning Equipment for Service

When returning equipment for service a Return Authorization (RA) number must be on the outside of the device package and on all associated paper work. To acquire an RA# please contact our Customer Service department at 800.800.4358 ext. 5 during normal working hours.
