WhisperJet Upgrade - We are proud to announce a sound reduction upgrade for the “WhisperJet” Patient Box. The upgrade reduces sound output from an average 56 dB to 41 dB. This level is 4 dB below the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended level of 45 dB for NICUs.

The upgrade program will be coordinated through our customer service department. To initiate the upgrade process call 800.800.4358 ext. 6 for a Return Authorization number (RA#). Only two patient boxes will be processed per hospital on a given RA#.

Patient Boxes under warranty or service contract will be upgraded at no charge. The upgrade will be included for free on all Patient Boxes returned for routine preventive maintenance (PM) service. Patient Boxes sent in exclusively for the sound reduction upgrade will be assessed a fee of $175. Please have a Purchase Order number available when you call for your RA#.

Caution: Patient Boxes that are sent in without an RA# will not be serviced and will be returned at your cost.

New DVD and Booklets Available - Bunnell is excited to announce the release of an educational DVD and three new booklets regarding the Life Pulse.

The DVD contains a complete in-service and troubleshooting videos, as well as other lectures regarding clinical and technical aspects of HFJV.
