reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 800.800.4358 ext. 6. Clinical and
Technical specialists are available during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, and after hours through our answering
service who will page one of our on-call specialists.
When returning equipment for service a Return Authorization
(RA) number must be on the outside of the device package and on all associated
paper work. To acquire an RA# please contact our Customer Service department
at 800.800.4358 ext. 5 during normal working hours.
